The client
The client is the Colombian public institution that manages workers' severance savings (cesantías) and voluntary savings and turns them into home loans for formal and self-employed workers. It operates at national scale, in a market where more than 182,000 homes were financed across the country in 2025.
An institution like this has an ongoing relationship with millions of members and thousands of employers. At the center of that relationship are payment statements: documents every user, individual or business, needs to receive on time, in a clear format and with confidence that nobody else has seen them.
The challenge
The fund needed to generate and distribute payment statements to millions of users, cutting delivery time and cost without compromising data security. Three challenges stood out:
- Design standards: every statement had to match the institution's defined look and format.
- Application integration: connecting document generation with the fund's systems and with the delivery channel.
- Secure delivery: getting personal financial information to each user in a protected, traceable way.

The solution
Redsis implemented Fortra GoAnywhere MFT, Fortra's managed file transfer platform, as the distribution channel for payment statements, and integrated it with a PDF design API that renders every document to the institution's standards.
Delivery relies on two GoAnywhere collaboration modules: Secure Mail, which sends each statement as a secure package the recipient opens through a unique HTTPS link, and Secure Folders, which gives authorized users a protected, browser-based space to view and download their documents. The solution serves both business and individual users.
